The studio has been a hive of activity of late. While I've been painting, Nok has been pumping out ceramic plates and bubs has been filling pads with Cy Twombly's.

Rhys Lees new show just opened at Utopian Slumps. I learnt a thing or two about glazing ceramics. I've felt limited with colours but Rhys has got some great effects from mixing up glaze powders.

                                                    If i had have lasted a bit longer on facebook, I may have posted this on the wifes wall on the day of our 2nd wedding anniversary in late April. Crikey times fly. Something lovely about this performance, Carly seems as light as a feather in her little ra ra dress and I love the drummers face towards the end whe he really starts smashing the drums.

Pia Murphy, new ceramic works opening this Thursday 6pm at Chapter House Lane just off . Nice way to kick off Autumn my favorite season outdoor opening affair.
